Hexagonal caps offered in a very rich program, work perfectly with rattles (and other of the right quality).
They are made of durable tool steel, chrome vanadium CrV 50BV30.
The caps are made by matrix forging and special heat and chemical treatment processes, e.g. chrome-plateming - to protect corrosion.
Before hardening and tempering processes, the caps are calibrated by precise measures and control devices.
Namats are equipped with an AS-DRIVE system, which prevents the accumulation of excessive point loads in the corners between the teeth of the cap. This system is a specially rounded profile of angles that are opened between work planes. In addition, YATO caps are equipped with special sockets that work with blockers that have renowned rattles available in our store.
